Terms of Service

By using the services of AISites.ng ('we', 'us', or 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

AISites.ng provides website creation, hosting, and management services for businesses. Our service includes designing and building a website based on information you provide, registering a .com.ng domain, and hosting the website.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your business, including text, images, and contact details. You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you provide to us.

As a fundamental part of our service, you expressly agree and authorize AISites.ng to act on your behalf for the following purposes:

1. Domain Registration and Management: We will register, configure, and manage a .com.ng domain name for your website for the duration of your active subscription with us. You agree that AISites.ng will be the administrative and technical contact for the domain.
2. Hosting: We will provide hosting services for your website on our chosen platform. You consent to us managing all technical aspects of hosting, including server configuration and maintenance.
3. Domain Lock-In: The domain name registered as part of our service package will remain under our management and cannot be transferred to another registrar or provider for the entire duration of your active service term with us. Upon termination or non-renewal of your service, options for domain transfer may be provided at our discretion and may be subject to a transfer fee.

1. Your Content: You retain ownership of all original content you provide to us, including text, logos, and images.
2. Our Content: We retain ownership of all website designs, layouts, code, and other intellectual property we create.
3. Marketing License Grant: You grant AISites.ng a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute any and all versions of the websites created for you (including designs, layouts, and screenshots) for our marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, featuring your website in our portfolio, on social media, in advertisements, and in any other marketing materials, in any media format now known or hereafter developed.

Services are provided for a fixed fee as described on our website. Payment is due in full before the commencement of the website build. This fee covers the initial design, build, domain registration for the first year, and hosting for the first year. Subsequent annual renewal fees will apply for continued hosting and domain management.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AISites.ng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
